No new staff, including special advisers, have been brought to Transport Scotland by the new Cabinet Secretary, Michael Matheson. Transport Scotland do not employ any special advisers. There have been no changes to staff at a management level in Transport Scotland brought about by the change in Cabinet Secretary.
