Skip-stopping at Rutherglen and Cambuslang: FOI release

The number of train services that were scheduled to stop at Rutherglen train station from January 2017 through to March 2018 (or close to then as your records go up to) bud did not, which then completed their journey (skip-stopping).
And the number of train services scheduled to stop at Cambuslang train station from January 2017 through to March 2018 which did not, but then completed their journey.
