1. How many staff have been suspended? Please provide a breakdown for the length of time each suspension was. Please provide a breakdown for when the suspension was put in place and for what reason. Please provide the staff member's job title and department in each case.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide the information requested because an exemption under section 38(1)(b), personal information of FOISA applies to some of the information requested.

An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to some information requested because it is personal data of a third party, e.g. names/contact details of individuals and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Schedule 1 to the Data Protection Act 1998. This is because releasing this information could lead to the identification of staff members.

This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.

2. How many staff have been transferred? Please provide a breakdown for when the transfer was put in place and for what reason. Please provide the staff member's job title and relevant departments in each case.
