Response
The Invitation to Tender was made publicly available via the "Public Contracts Scotland – Tender" (PCS-T) electronic tender system between 3 October 2017 and the tender deadline of 16 November 2017. As it is not possible to access Invitations to Tender via this site once a tender deadline has passed, the attachment to this letter replicates the published content in its entirety.
