How many staff in your organisation are employed full time on Trade Union Facilities Time and also those employed on a part time basis to carry out Trade Union Facilities.
Response
Transport Scotland does not have any staff employed either on a full time or on a part time basis to carry out Trade Union Facilities. However, as an Agency of the Scottish Government, Transport Scotland staff have full access to Trade Union representatives employed by The Scottish Government.
