United Kingdom-Edinburgh: Supply services of personnel including temporary staff 2013/S 199-344504.
The details we require are:
Question a) Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
Question b) Contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots), year to date
Question c) Start date & duration of framework
Question d) Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
Question e) Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
Question f) Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?
Response
For clarity, the details of the successful and unsuccessful suppliers are kept in the strictest confidence. These details are used only to contact and support suppliers regarding their bidding activity for the relevant contracts.
The information provided at Annex A is the response to questions a, b, e, and f detailed above.
Regarding a response to questions c and d detailed above, under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you (see Annex B for reasons for not providing information). If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the websites listed in Annex B, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.
