South Ayrshire Council correspondence in relation to the Barr Community Hub project: FOI release
Information requested
All correspondence to, from or within the Scottish Government concerning the application by Barr Community SCIO to the Regeneration Capital Grant Fund which was decided earlier this year.
Response
I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested. For the Regeneration Capital Grant Fund (RCGF) it is the local authority that applies for funding rather than the community organisation directly therefore I have interpreted the request to mean the application and correspondence to and from South Ayrshire Council in relation to the Barr Community Hub project.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under section 38(1)(b) (personal data of a third party) of FOISA applies to that information.
This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
