Under what circumstances can a local authority refuse housing under any circumstances.

Response

All of the information you have requested is available from a number of sources including the homelessness code of guidance published in 2019 - available at Homelessness: code of guidance - gov.scot . Additionally the chapter on local connection was revised in October 2024 and is provided as a word document. Information is also available in the Social Housing Allocations Practice Guide 2019 - Social housing allocations in Scotland: practice guide - gov.scot Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you.
