Emails or other correspondence relating to the Scottish Government’s Health and Wellbeing Census for schools received by:

a. The First Minister b. Kaukab Stewart c. Jenny Gilruth

I enclose a copy of the information you requested.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don't have the information are explained below.

An exemption under section(s) s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. This exemption applies to the names of certain individuals contained in the documents attached.

In response to part a) of your request while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested as no correspondence in relation to the Health and Wellbeing Census was received by the First Minister since 1st January 2025. In response to part b) of your request while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested as no correspondence in relation to the Health and Wellbeing Census was received by Kaukab Stewart, in her role as Minister for Equalities since 1st January 2025. In response to part c) of your request, Jenny Gilruth, in her role as Cabinet Secretary for Education & Skills, has received three correspondences in relation to the Health and Wellbeing Census since 1st January 2025. These have been enclosed in the attached.
