Private landlord registration fees: FOI release

Annual landlord registration fees by year since the establishment of the Landlord Register.
Response
Mandatory private landlord registration was implemented in April 2006. Between April 2006 and March 2019 the following landlord registration fees applied:
Principal application fee: £55.00 Property fee: £11.00 Late application fee: £110.00
Following a public consultation, the fees for landlord registration are to increase each year in line with the Consumer Price Index. Details of the consultation and the considerations given to the fee levels can be found here:
