Transport Scotland HR and Payroll suppliers: FOI release
Information requested
1. Please could you confirm the name of the supplier and the name of the solution used for HR and/or Payroll at Transport Scotland.
2. Could you confirm when the current contracts for HR and Payroll are ending.
3. Does Transport Scotland intend to procure for replacement solutions in 2025 or 2026.
Response
Transport Scotland is an Executive Agency of the Scottish Government, and as such we use the Scottish Government’s HR and Payroll suppliers. The Scottish Government has recently implemented a suite of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to manage its HR, finance and procurement functions.
The procurement of the current, and any replacement HR and/or payroll solution is managed by the Scottish Government. They do not intend to procure for replacement solutions in 2025 or 2026.
Some of the information you have requested is available from Public Contracts Scotland under contract IDs 703306 (Award of Provision of Back Office Software Services), 756898 (BACS Payments Processing - Phase 2) and 780977 (DFM-Paygate on-premise). Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you.
