Annex A – 6 March 2024 - Email from member of the public to Patrick Harvey regarding Roseburn Path and the Edinburgh City Council proposal. Although this correspondence is technically out of scope, as it is not addressed to Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Fiona Hyslop, it was responded to by Transport Scotland officials on behalf Fiona Hyslop and has therefore been included for context.
