Correspondence in relation to Dalzell Steelworks: FOI release

What (a) correspondence and (b) meetings has the Scottish Government had with (i) Tata Steel and (ii) Liberty House since 14 January 2022 regarding the Dalzell steelworks. Please provide a copy of the letters, minutes and all other documentation that accompanied these events. How much has the Scottish Government spent on legal advice in relation to the Dalzell Steelworks during 2022.
