Information requested
Any minutes, agendas, handouts, attachments, or memos or other documentation relating the meeting of the 'Oversight Group' on December 6, at 3pm, referenced in the letter from Christina McKelvie to Police Scotland on October 26, 2022, disclosed in FOI 202200331304. Related to the same meeting, any follow-up correspondence received by the Scottish Government or sent by the Scottish Government and Police Scotland, as well as internal correspondence between officials.

I enclose a copy the information you have requested, as set out in the attached Schedule of Documents.
Please note, the two briefings that were included as part of Annex B (DCC Taylor letter to Ministers and MEOP letter to DCC Taylor) have already been released as part of the previous FOI numbered 202200331304. As such, I have not included them as part of this FOI release.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because of FOISA exemptions. These exemptions are as follows:
