The Scottish Government’s documented process, policy, or procedure for receiving, assessing,and responding to data-protection complaints, given that these are not handled under the MCHP complaints procedure. The Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) for the Warmer Homes Scotland programme. If no DPIA exists, please provide the recorded risk assessment and the documented justification for determining that a DPIA was not required.
