Response
I am writing to advise that following your appeal to the Scottish Information Commissioner, we have now given further consideration to the information held within the scope of your request for: 1. Any and all internal and external correspondence including emails, letters, WhatsApp messages, Signal messages, text messages relating to government business from officials, ministers, and special advisers and any other interested party relating to the consideration of the Scottish Information Commissioner appeal which resulted in decision 083/2021 between December 1, 2020 and 27 May, 2021. 2. Any and all internal and external correspondence including emails, letters, WhatsApp messages, Signal messages, text messages relating to government business from officials, ministers, and special advisers and any other interested party relating to the consideration of how to respond to the SIC decision notice 083/2021 post-May 27. I have determined that some further information can be disclosed in the documents previously provided to you in our response of 14 September 2021 (documents 73 and 90). In addition, I have identified one further document which, subject to the redaction of personal data under section 38(1)(b) can also be disclosed. A copy of this information is attached.
