Terms and conditions regarding “Provision of a Host Body for the Anti-Racism Observatory for Scotland (AROS)” contract: FOI release
Information requested
A copy of the formal terms and conditions relating to the contract “Provision of a Host Body for the Anti-Racism Observatory for Scotland (AROS)”, published on 1 May 2025 (Contract Reference: 668218).
I have reviewed the award notice and associated reports, which outline the purpose and scope of the AROS initiative. However, I have not been able to locate the accompanying contractual or grant conditions (covering reporting requirements, financial compliance, audit provisions, and related obligations).
Could you please confirm whether these terms and conditions are publicly available, and if so, provide a copy or direct me to the correct location? If the request should be directed to a different department within the Scottish Government (e.g. Procurement or Legal), I would be grateful if you could advise.
