I am answering in relation to the below consultations only and I understand you will receive responses in relation to the others from other parts of the Scottish Government:

In relation to the Masterplan consent area regulations: consultation (attachment 1 in reply pack).
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under section s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information. The redacted text in this consultation relates to the names of individuals who have responded anonymously on behalf of the organisation for which they were answering. We can provide the name of the organisation for which they are responding, but not the redacted names of the individuals.
In relation to the Investing in Planning: a consultation on resourcing Scotland’s planning system (attachment 2 in reply pack).
I have provided the information you requested (as it was provided to us by the responders) in the attached table. During the consultation process we consider redactions that should be made in line with our consultation moderation guidance Scottish Government Blogs Moderation guidelines - Scottish Government Blogs as opposed to using FOI/EIR exemptions/exceptions.
